Medication in School
From time to time, we understand that it may be necessary for a child to receive prescribed medication during the school day and, on rare occasions, pain relief medication.
If you would like school staff to administer medication on your behalf, please complete the appropriate medication consent form below. Medication can only be administered when the required consent has been provided. Please note that antibiotics will only be administered if the dose is 4 times a day.
