From chicken legs to stop-motion animation

Students throughout key stages 3,4 and 5 will undertake a wide range of practical activities in their science lessons this week. Practical lessons will include Year 7 investigating how ligaments and tendons works by dissecting chicken legs, year 8 will be testing a range of foods to see which food groups they belong to and year 12 A level Biology students will be producing stop-motion animations to demonstrate their understanding of cell division by mitosis.
